Her Majesty
In the winter of 2019 several friends and I snowshoed to the southern slopes of Mt. St. Helens in Southwest Washington and spent a few nights camping in the serene beauty.
This image was taken around two in the afternoon, but even that early in the afternoon the angle of the sun in the short days of winter creates rich shadows.
